The name of a device is not usually that interesting of a topic, but in the case of the Nokia EOS it is becoming one. We were calling the device the EOS for a long time, but it was obviously just a codename. Then @evleaks said the device would be called the Lumia 1020, and that’s where we are at now. Or are we?
Yesterday @evleaks tweeted that the Lumia 1020 could actually be called the Nokia 909. Does this matter for anything? Not really, but it would be interesting. 909 would be a smaller number than 920, but the EOS is presumable a more high-end phone than the Lumia 920. For the first time we are very questionable on something @evleaks has said. What do you think?
