Pop quiz: what is the third largest social network in the US? It’s not Tumblr or Instagram, it’s actually Pinterest. Turns out people really love pinning recipes, dresses, and DIY projects to boards. Of course there is a lot more you can do with Pinterest, and that’s what makes it so great. Unfortunately, Windows Phone does not have an official app.
It really hurts to be missing such a popular service, but that could change in the future. Pinterest is asking users if they would like Windows Phone and Windows 8 apps. They posed the question on their Help Center website way back in February, but it went relatively unnoticed. We’re trying to shed some light on the topic to get those votes up.
People don’t really think about it much, but not having Pinterest could be a bigger deal than not having Instagram. It is a uber popular website and service used by over 70 million people. Windows Phone needs this app. Vote now!
