The Xbox One officially goes on sale tomorrow. Thousands of people will be picking one up or waiting for their pre-order to arrive at their door. Of course the first thing you want to do with a brand new console is play it. Unfortunately these pesky things called “jobs” will prevent many of us from enjoying our new toy.
You could try calling in sick, but what if your boss doesn’t believe you? You’ll need a doctor’s note. If you’re living in a cold region you could just go outside without a coat until you catch a real cold, then maybe a doctor will write you a note. Microsoft has a much easier option. Major Nelson has issued the doctor’s note above for anyone that wants to stay home from work and play Xbox One all day.
Okay, so unless your boss is really dim this note probably won’t work. But it’s still pretty funny. How many of you plan on picking up a new Xbox One or have one pre-ordered already? Will you be taking the day off from work?
