Check out this cool Windows Phone 8.1 Cortana concept

Cortana is one of the most anticipated and rumored features of Windows Phone 8.1. The information about this alleged feature has been scarce, and we don’t even know if it will be a launch feature at all. Either way, it has captured the imagination of many Windows Phone fans who have dreamed of such a feature.

A user over at The Verge mocked-up some concept images of how he thinks Cortana will look on a Windows Phone 8.1 device. We really like the way he has imagined this feature. Hopefully Microsoft is paying attention to this design and the way it works. Check out all the images below. What do you think about it?

    Not so appealing to look at. No offense, but I know / hope Microsoft will have a better take on adding the amazing Cortana to Windows Phone 8.1 (Blue).

    this guy chose the wrong color combination to show this off. the blues and grays just dont look good against the black background. Kinda looks like the old Windows Classic shell.

    In my personal opinion the blues and grays look best with the white background in windows phone 8.

    This is basic, unimaginative, and absolutely the opposite of what Microsoft should do. It looks like someone spent 3 minutes creating this in MS Paint and they based it on a beta version of Siri. Microsoft’s success with Windows Phone is largely due to the fact that they are NOT like Android and iOS. This would be the safe, dispassionate, road to take with the design of this well-needed feature. Microsoft is gaining ground on its rivals and to do anything less than create a unique and revolutionary “siri-like” feature for its OS would be a major mistake.
