Now that SmartGlass is finally available to download and available across all platforms, including Windows Phone, Android and iOS, I thought I would give you guys a quick demonstration about its use. It’s a handy tool if you can’t find your controller, but it can be a bit finicky and it doesn’t work with certain menus that pop up on the Xbox 360 a lot, which is a shame. Overall if you use your Xbox 360 as a media center fairly frequently, you’ll probably be able to get a lot of use out of SmartGlass. As for myself, I use it mostly for gaming so if I don’t turn it on for long periods of time, the inevitable updates that are required for the console force me to use the standard controller.
