Yesterday was a very busy day in the Windows world. One thing that got overlooked is the Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2 going on sale. These new devices from Microsoft are big improvements over the original models, which got us wondering if any of you decided to upgrade.
The Surface 2 is a major improvement over Surface RT. It has a full HD display, quad-core processor, and the kickstand can be used on the lap more easily. Surface Pro 2 also has some major improvements, including a Haswell processor for improved performance and battery life. Surface 2 starts at $449, and Pro 2 starts at $899.
