iPhone 5C or Lumia 520?

hey im wondering if i should get the new iphone 5c or the lumia 520. i need a cheap phone, and want to maybe try windows phone. what should i do?

I'd say the 5C doesn't really count as a cheap phone. It's cheaper than the 5S, but more expensive than any budget phone.

If I wanted a cheap phone off contract, I'd go for the 520. Heck, I might get one as a backup in case I ever lose my 1020.
