The GPS program for Windows Phone 7, Orion, could be integrated into gaming in the future. Orion already allows other developers to locate/track the phone’s location extremely quickly and it is possible that a game developer could access this technology.
There is nothing in the works at the moment but it could be a pretty neat feature adding another element to gaming. There are definite possible multi-player options or it could use the information to manipulate some kind of AR (augmented reality) game that you might be playing.
