Well good news for the Winmote program that we posted about a few days ago. According to the Director of Developer Experience for Microsoft, Barndon Watson, the Windows Phone 7 will ship tethering enabled.
Honestly I am little surprised that this needed confirmation. I would of thought this would of been a no-brainer but I am glad they confirmed it and I am sure everyone else is too.
