Pop the champagne! Windows Phone Marketplace has reached the 50,000 apps milestone! If you’ve even contributed one of those apps congrats on a job well done. All About Windows Phone has the last count at 50,126 apps. It took the Marketplace over a year to reach 40,000 apps, but just 40 days more to reach 50,000. That is truly remarkable that it only took 40 days for 10,000 apps to be submitted. This is an omen for things to come for Windows Phone. Of course all of these apps are not available in every region. Celebrate by downloading some apps today!
