In my analysis of 2011 for Windows Phones, one of my major gripes was that Microsoft and Nokia didn’t do enough to advertise their flagship device. Sure there were blocks of ice in Germany, but that’s hardly more than a viral attempt that’ll reach a few people. But this, this is glorious. Nokia has stepped up its advertising by painting an Indian Airline Jet Airways plane with Lumia 800 branding in an effort to promote the phone in the country.
Let’s see some of this awesome advertising power over here in the States, Nokia!
