As Mobile World Congress approaches, Windows Phone enthusiasts are getting more antsy to see what’s in store for them from Nokia. The 610 has been rumored for a while now as a low-cost entry phone and data recently captured by WindowsPhonesApps.es seems to support that idea, as the build number is listed as 8757, clearly different from the publically available branch 8107.
