Using Google Voice on your Windows Phone can be a little difficult. One of the best apps for Google Voice is GoVoice. The app has been around for a long time, and it suprised us with an update this weekend. The uopdate brings the app to version 3.4 and adds the following:
- Search! Now you can search all your SMS’s and voicemails
- Message list contact integration - no need to export contacts to Gmail to see contact names
- Notification setup bug fixed. Now you can set up notification automatically
- Bug fixes
It’s always nice to see apps like GoVoice to continue getting support. For those of us that rely on Google Voice this is a must-have app. Now if only they could do something about that purple icon.
