The New Look of Office for Windows Phone 8

Ashley is a 26 year old with an enthusiasm for all things technology related. She hails from the Southern United States and when she's not tweaking her Android handset, she can usually be found in front of the computer or Xbox 360 enjoying the latest game releases.

Along with the major changes coming to Office for Windows 8, Microsoft has finally detailed the changes that are coming to Office for Windows Phone 8. In a company blog post, John Jendrezak talks about interface changes, features, and improvements that we’ll see this fall. Perhaps the most interesting of the features discussed is the roaming setting and resume reading that allows you to pick up with all your settings intact on your mobile device.

The new interface is sleek and fits the new look of Office. Office Web Apps are being optimized for smartphone usage, including adding touch friendly controls for the services. These changes will be fully available for Windows Phone 8 users when the platform launches later this year.
