[Chart] Microsoft Surface vs Amazon Kindle Fire HD

Another competitor to Microsoft Surface has been announced, and this time it’s Amazon entering the ring. Last year Amazon released the 7″ cheapy Kindle Fire, but this year they stepped up their game with a 8.9″ model with vastly improved specs. So how does Amazon’s tablet compare to Microsoft’s?     hmmm maybe you should add what each device is made of… vapormag vs… what? plastic? But aside from the material, OS, Storage and the keyboard case… I’d say Kindle Fire HD is up.

  • I think “cheapy” might not be the best descriptive word to use. Microsoft still has too many important ? marks in that chart to be able to make any comparisons, with price being at the top of the list.
