When Huawei was announced as one of the big four official partners for Windows Phone 8, many were left wondering what Chinese-rival company ZTE would do. It seems the company is still committed to Windows Phone 8 despite not being announced as a launch partner, as the company has confirmed that it will have a device ready for its markets by Q1 2013. It’s unlikely that we’ll see this phone here in the United States, but for China, India, and European markets, this is good news.
