Today Nokia announced that the class action filed in May against the company for mis-representing the sales of the Lumia series has been dropped. The plaintiffs agreed to dismiss the case against Nokia without any compensation and the complaint has been dismissed by the court.
It looks like the shareholder that was upset by the launch of the Lumia 900 seems to be less so about the Lumia 920. Interesting to see where loyalties lay, but it’s nice to know that Nokia won’t have to waste more time and money in court over frivolous lawsuits.
