Despite all the hub bub around the upcoming Windows Phone 7.8, it looks like some handsets are still getting their Tango updates. Tango versions 8773 and 8779 are being pushed out for more devices, which will see bug fixes, enhancements, and a few other features. For those of you who are curious if you’re next, here’s the confirmed list of devices claimed to be Tango over the past few weeks:
- Nokia Lumia 800 in India (carrier not specified)
- Samsung Focus on Rogers
- LG Optimus 7 on Vodafone Denmark
- HTC Titan in Brazil (carrier not specified)
Of course these are spread out over different carriers so if you’re still not seeing the Tango update for your phone, you’ll have to wait patiently. Just remember you have to connect the phone to Zune in order to update it.
