In the last year Windows Phone has been seeing some good momentum and growth. Awesome new phones like the Lumia 920, and soon the Lumia 1020 have excited a lot of people. Official apps from big name places are also starting to appear on a regular basis. All of this has led to Windows Phone gaining some new users.
Many of the people reading this site probably know all the ins and outs of how to use a Windows Phone, but there are many out there that don’t. One of the simplest and most overlooked features of Windows Phone 8 is the ability to take a screenshot. Taking a screenshot is very easy once you know how to do it.
- Press and hold the Start button and Power button simultaneously until the screen flashes.
- Locate the screenshot in the Photos app in the “Screenshots” album.
It’s as easy as that! Now you can share photos of your Start screen, funny text conversations, stupid auto-correct mistakes, and many other things. Your imagination is the only limit. Are there any other things you would like covered in a “Windows Phone 101″ series?
