Phones vs Tablets vs Laptops vs Desktops?

From what I hear, there will probably be Win8 tablets starting in the $300 range (maybe cheaper) and then of course, all the way up to pricey, specd out devices. I may be interested in some sort of hybrid laptop/tablet device, if I feel like the integration works well. As much as I love being able to lay in bed with a tablet, etc, I just think I'll miss a true keyboard too much. Although, I'd hope OEMs would make really nice docking stations with bluetooth keyboards, etc that will give me the function of a laptop strictly through a tablet.

Those pricey ones will be the ones with Intel chips. Maybe Microsoft's Hardware Division could offer an official docking station for cheap. Nobody knows good keyboards more than Microsoft, trust me!

I also LOVE my arc touch mouse. I've had it for like 6-8 months and have yet to replace the battery. I assumed I'd have to do it fairly often. Works the second my laptop wakes from sleep mode. I assume MSFT has some great hardware in the mix.

I'd get it but I don't believe it works with my copy of Windows, but that may be changing soon!

I don't need a tablet. I use a smartphone 5 inches+, so I don't need any tablet at all.
