Huawei tablet?

A rumor says Huawei is working on a Windows 8 tablet. Any Huawei fans out there? Their new Android phones looked pretty awesome at CES.

They're relatively new to the consumer market, so I doubt they're going to sell too many devices and tablets like the big ranks of Samsung and Nokia, but let's hope they make a quality tablet and don't go halfway in build quality just because they won't sell many. If they're working with Microsoft, it's got to be good, right?

In the past they're handsets and tablets have been very low-end. I think they're trying to make the push to contend with Samsung and HTC though. A lot of their newer handsets I've seen have been fairly decent quality.

Honestly, they don't really give off that high end feel, if only because they haven't been in the US market long enough to establish themselves

I thought the purpose of Huawei and ZTE were to provide a quality low-quality product. Good bang for your buck, as it were.

In that sense, I think they'll do just fine.
