The popular “multisource video news” app Newsy is now available for Windows Phone. Newsy provides short videos for mobile devices, and they allow users to highlight bias in the videos. They take a popular news topic and compare the coverage on the mainstream news sites like CNN and Fox News. It’s a very fresh, unbiased approach to news.

The app has a great Metro interface. You have a “Home” tab with the featured videos, along with recent and most popular. You can also browse by categories. The video play very quickly over wifi, and you can watch them in portrait or landscape. Newsy is free from the Marketplace, and available now.
