Everybody loves the HTC Radar, so it’s no surprise that the little Windows Phone that could is heading to Canada. MobileSyrup is reporting that the Radar is headed to Canadian carrier Videotron. The device will cost around $100 on contract, and should arrive sometime in the Spring. It’s also likely that Canadian carriers WIND Mobile and Mobilicty will be getting the Radar sometime in the future. Pretty exciting, eh?
