For the longest time Windows Phone users had no way to upload images to Instagram. Then out of nowhere came Instagraph, and suddenly everyone figured out how to do it. Next came an app called Itsdagram (launching Friday), and now a new app called Winstagram. Now we have options.
Unlike Instagraph and Itsdagram, Winstagram works for Windows Phone 7 users. Also unlike Instagraph there is no limit to how many photos you can upload to Instagram. Right now all you can do is upload images, there are no filters or dashboard. In the app description it says “Full Instagram client coming soon…,” so we’ll keep our eyes peeled for that.
Winstagram is $1.99 and available in the Windows Phone Store now. At $0.50 cheaper than Instagraph, and the same price as Itsdagram it has nestled its way into the conversation.
