Are you experiencing problems with the magnets on your Surface?

Now that the Surface has been out for about a month, how is yours holding up? According to a report on our forums with a some video evidence, it looks like the magnets in the Surface for the TouchCover might be a bit too strong. Apparently they’re pulling the magnet and glue that holds the magnet on the TouchCover out, leaving a mess of a $120 accessory. You can see the video below to see what we’re talking about.

    Not so far. But then again just because their magnets doesnt mean I just rip mine out when I unplug.

    how so? Because it hasn’t happened for the 3 days you have had yours? DO you even have one? It’s like the douchebag iSheep who claim people weren’t having issues with their iCrap4, 4s and 5 when it first came out.

    Wow… this sucks… I am thinking of getting a Surface Pro and I hope those don’t have this issue….

    i have this problem. its not from ripping out the magnents like some people here said. i just take my touch cover off every day because i like to sit on the couch and not have the cover bothering me then this happen. stupid microsoft to mix glue and high poewred magnents
