This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about the Samsung “Mandel.” This Windows Phone device is expected to have a 4.3″ - 4.5″ screen and LTE. The Mandel (no relation to Howie) has passed through the FCC and confirmed at least one of those rumors. We now know that this is a LTE device with bands matching those of AT&T. That should really come as no surprise since it seems the other carriers are more than happy to let AT&T get all the Windows Phone devices. There is no word on when the Mandel will launch.
