If you’re looking for a sweet deal on an entry-level Windows Phone device you are in for a treat. If you live in Houston, Orlando, Jacksonville, or Gainsville you can pick up a Lumia 620 for just $99 off contract from AIO Wireless.

AIO operates on AT&T’s network, but it’s only offered in the markets mentioned above. However, if you can manage to get one it should work with a standard AT&T SIM card. The 620 has a 3.8-inch display, 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, 8GB of storage, and comes in blue, purple, yellow, and green. It’s a really nice little phone if you’re looking for something cheap.

    A great price for a good entry level phone. If Nokia was smart they would get this device on all prepaid carriers for this price. This segment is the one where feature phone users are plentiful. Those users can be persuaded to upgrade.

    So, it says “off contract” but you literally cannot finish the purchase online without setting up a contract.
