As the month marches on, Mobile World Congress draws closer and closer. A rumor picked up by WPDang has suggested that Nokia will announce the Lumia 730 at the event. The major changes in the device show that it will not have a ClearBlack display and will have capacitive buttons. Both LTE and CDMA networks are rumored to be supported. With the numbering of the phone, the pricing is expected to be along the same lines as the Lumia 710.
