Waze traffic app coming to Windows Phone in June

Waze, the popular crowdsourced traffic monitoring app, is reportedly coming to Windows Phone in June. Currently Waze is offered on Android and iOS. They did have a version for Windows Mobile, so we’re glad to see them return to Microsoft mobile OS.

Over the weekend Windows 8.1 leaked again. This time we got our eyes on some new features, and confirmed some previously rumored features as well. Four main things have come out of the leak: ‘Kiosk Mode,’ Start button, Search charm changes, and more Start screen customization.

Metrotube for Windows 8 coming soon, bringing touch-friendly YouTube to the big screen

If you want a YouTube app on your Windows Phone there is no better option than Metrotube by Lazyworm Applications. It is much better than anything Google could come up with on their own. YouTube apps for Windows 8 are in an even worse situation that Windows Phone. Lazyworm is looking to fix that.

Risk and Connect 4 now available for ALL Windows Phone devices

We love that Nokia gets exclusive apps, but it’s a little bittersweet when some of us can’t use them. Two such games are Risk and Connect 4 that unfortunately only Nokia users have been able to enjoy. Until now.

One more image of the Lumia 928 leaks, this time shows thickness

One thing we haven’t seen about the Lumia 928 is the phone’s thickness. The 928 is supposed to be thinner than the Lumia 920, and thanks to some new images that appears to be true.

T-Mobile Lumia 810 gets EOL, will be replaced with Lumia 521 on April 24th

The Lumia 521 is a variant of the Lumia 520 for T-Mobile. We had a chance to play with the Lumia 520 at MWC and we really liked the little device. It has mid-range specs, and should come with a very affordable price tag on T-Mobile’s new unlocked plans.

Microsoft confirms they are working on Windows devices with smaller screens
