The Nokia “Normandy” X is coming later this month at MWC. We know a lot about this crazy device, but one thing we have yet to find out is the price. It’s expected to be a very low-end device, like the Lumia 520. We have been speculating about the price being somewhere in the $100 range.

If you use Skype across multiple devices you are well aware of a very annoying bug. Messages have not been syncing correctly between devices. If you use the Windows 8 app and then go to the phone app you have to wait for it to sync up. It can take a really long time sometimes.

WatchESPN for Windows 8 launches for all your sports needs
ESPN has finally released their WatchESPN app for Windows 8. This app allows cable subscribers to watch live ESPN events on the go. They also get access to past broadcasts and archives of older events. WatchESPN is available for iOS and Android, so it’s nice to get it on Windows 8.

The long-standing problem that has plagued Windows Phone and now Windows 8 is lack of apps. In the past year we have seen both platforms make great strides in filling the “app gap,” but there is still much work to be done. One platform that isn’t struggling with app support is Android.
